FromOffers enforces a Zero-Tolerance Policy towards unsolicited commercial emailing (SPAM).

Compliance Requirements

All campaigns managed through our platform must adhere to the CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR regulations. This includes:

• Valid physical address of the sender.
• Visible and functional "Unsubscribe" links.
• No deceptive subject lines or forged headers.

Enforcement

Any account found violating these standards will be suspended immediately without a refund.
